(This whole thing is over 100 words already)

Tasted the best food you’ve ever tasted.

Remember! This week we have been learning about chronological order. Make sure you get the sequence of events in the right order.

Begin your writing here:

I just finished school and I was walking home with a smirk on my face. I was relieved that I didn’t have to stare at my chromebook with a sore back but there was something else I was happy about…

My sister and I got home but there was nobody there. Then suddenly I heard someone “Guess who’s birthday it is?!”  It was my mum. “It’s your birthday!” I sang. “Now go have a shower and get ready for dinner, put some nice but warm clothes on it might be a little chilly” “OK?” said mum.

For Mum’s special dinner she decided to go to Speight’s ale house in stonefields Auckland we walked inside and our cousins were there with a lot of our aunties and uncles. We sat down to eat and the waiter came with a menu of beverages (Alcohol Drinks Milkshakes Etc.). I got an Oreo milkshake. It was HUGE with whipped cream on top, It was so big I even had to share it with my Mum.

The waiter came again and I ordered a huge rack of ribs with fries on the side. They were mouth watering and they fell off the bone. They were amazing!!!
